Slice of Life Final Day

Depending on when you met me I might have been a devoted cyclist, a winner of the Kl bike carnival, a kid who swallowed a lego, A hardcore barney fan, A south american fluent in chinese. Now I can say that I'm this and I finished my very first slice of life challenge.

Slice of life #30

Ironman 70.3 Putrajaya

On the 5th of April there will be blood, sweat (quite a lot), and tears. As many, many athletes prepare to endure a 1.9 kilometer swim, a 90 kilometer bike, and after all that hardship they say "To the half marathon!" (21.1 kilometer run). For some it's a first, for some a do over, but for all 4 hour plus day of swimming like the boat sunk, biking like you stole it, and running for you life (Kind of).

Slice of Life #28

My dream race

I have always wanted to create a race. If I could make a race it would be a triathlon called Titanium. It would be a race series with races in Hawaii, Venezuela, Langkawi, Australia, and New Zealand. The distance would be 2.6 Kilometer swim, 210 Kilometer bike, 42.2 Kilometer Run (1.6 Mile Swim, 130.4 Mile bike, 26.2 Mile run). There would be a kids category with age sort of inappropriate distances and by this I mean longer than usual. For the under 12 there will be a 750 meter swim, 10 kilometer bike, 3 kilometer run. For under 13 there would be a 1 kilometer swim, 20 kilometer Bike, 4 kilometer run. TITANIUM.

Slice of life #27

My Rose Ringed Parakeet

Green head with necklace like ring around his neck. The ring is a blackish red with spots of pure red. The chest is the same lime green as the head. The green continues on covering him like a blanket up until his tail. In his tail you see a blend or blue and green. Theres not to
much to him when it comes to color.

Ways I Build resilience

I have found that I have to be resilient in a triathlon because in the hours before a race I get good looks at my competition and sometimes I see someone who looks so fast it just makes me want to quit from the race. One thing i've also found you have to be resilient for in triathlon is to be ready to take in the pain and keep going which I have found is extremely hard to do right after a race because you remember the pain and you remember how deep you had to dig and I have found mental strength in being able to overcome this.

Slice of Life #25

I'm on my dad's motorbike and I hear another one speeding towards us. The man on the motorcycle hit the rearview mirror and his back whipped back. When it whipped back forward it threw him off balance. He crashed into an orange proton. This sudden change in direction sent him flying still on the motorcycle. A black Hilux lay in his path only this car was taller than the last one he almost went completely under
